We recommend booking 12-18 months in advance, especially for peak season dates (May-September). However, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — just get in touch to check availability.
We cover Lincolnshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Nottinghamshire, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for venues outside our core coverage area.
It starts with a free discovery call where we'll chat about your vision, venue, and budget. From there, we'll put together a personalised wedding decor quote. If you'd like to go ahead, we'll book in a full planning session to finalise all the details with you and your partner if needed!
We understand things change but it would depend when you’d be changing your wedding or if we have your new date free. We will always accommodate as best we can! Our cancellation policy is all listed in our terms & conditions.
Each package includes different levels of styling, florals, and wedding décor items. Our Signature package is perfect for intimate weddings, Beau adds extra luxury touches, and Luxe is our all-inclusive experience. View our wedding packages page for full details.

We require a £150 non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due 6 weeks before your wedding. Payments for bespoke or personalised items may need to be paid in full in advance, so please check with us first.
We don't have specific discounts on wedding packages for weekday weddings. However, we regularly during winter seasons lower our prices to our peak summer packages.
Yes! If you have your own decor & would like help setting it all up - we can do this for £800 + delivery.
Yes! We handle all setup before your guests arrive and collection after your wedding. You won't need to lift a finger — just enjoy your day.
This typically isn't necessary for most wedding venues, however, if you have a special request for us to visit with you prior to the big day, we can certainly try and accommodate any requests.
We understand that accidents happen! Minor wear and tear is expected. However, significant damage or missing items will be charged at replacement cost. We recommend ensuring your venue has appropriate insurance. Events By Beau is fully insured up to £5,000,000 to protect us in the event of any major incidents. However, you as the couple, will be responsible for any breakages or missing items. Please read our T&Cs before you book!
