Whether it’s the backdrop or the ballroom, the real magic happens in the details. You can leave the stress behind. Our team will handle everything—from the styling to the planning and design—to bring your perfect wedding day to life.

Step one

You've booked your wedding and want to talk through venue styling. We'll help you bring your ideas to life. We'll start by learning about your special day, the colour schemes and styles you love, how many guests you have, and, most importantly, when the big day is.

Step two

We'll create a bespoke quote based on your budget. This will include a breakdown of decor hire items, delivery, collection, and setup fees. Don't worry; we'll be available for phone consultations or, if you'd prefer, we can meet at your venue in London.

Step three

If you're happy with how we imagined your wedding and want to work with us, we'll secure your date with a small, non-refundable deposit. This means your wedding date is exclusive and can't be booked by anybody else.

Key dates leading up to your big day

We tell our clients to leave up to 12 months to plan their wedding decor. This is to ensure that the process is stress free and that our expert team can prepare for all eventualities.

Midway checkpoint

At this point, we'll request 50% of the balance for your decor hire. We can meet in person at the venue, or if you'd prefer, we can meet on Zoom or Google Meet. We'll also need to finalise guest numbers and names to prepare any signage. Your theme will need to be agreed upon here.

A month before your wedding

It's time to pay your final balance! We'll do an online check-in (don't worry, nothing formal) to review the details before we prepare for your big day. Our aim is to keep this easy and straightforward for everyone.

A week before your wedding

Our final check-in is completely optional, but we offer it to our couples to ensure they know they're in good hands and everything is in place for their wedding.

Our team is familiar with a wide variety of venues across London, so we can customise our services to suit the unique style and needs of your chosen location.

Will you work with other wedding suppliers?

Yes, of course! If you have another company, like entertainment or catering, that may be there on the day, we're happy to work together. We take pride in our work and the quality of our service. This could be timings on the day or to navigate how to decorate the space based on tables, chairs and everything else in between!

Is there a minimum spend for wedding decor?

Our minimum spend is £1,500 and will include most hire items you'll need for your big day. Most couples spend between £2,000 and £2,500 with us to decorate the entire venue exactly how they want it to be.
