Yes, where possible. Every wedding is different, so some items may be adjusted to better suit your venue layout, guest numbers and overall styling vision. Package contents may vary slightly depending on your chosen styling collection.

Yes — bespoke artificial floral arrangements are available for couples wanting something more tailored to their wedding day. As these designs are created individually, they're priced separately. Send me an image of your idea and I'll let you know the cost to bring it to life.

Yes, additional styling items can be added to any package — extra signage, guest table decor, additional ceremony styling, florals or personalised touches. Any extras will be quoted separately.

Yes. Items such as signage, guest name places, table styling and floral arrangements can be upgraded depending on your chosen package and overall design. You'll be able to browse and select these in your client portal.

Yes. Ceremony styling is included within all of our packages, with the level of styling depending on the package chosen. Our larger packages include more statement ceremony features.

Yes — our Ceremony Details package (from £999) is designed for couples who'd like a beautifully styled ceremony setup without booking a full styling package.

A complimentary bridal bouquet is included with our Beau and Luxe packages. If a bouquet isn't included in your chosen package, it can be added separately as either fresh or artificial flowers.

Yes — artificial bouquets and personal flowers can be ordered separately without booking a full styling package. Once you're booked in, you'll be able to access our portal and see all the add-on costs available to you.

Yes. A minimum order value of £90, plus delivery, applies to standalone artificial flower orders where only a single item or small number of items is required. This reflects the cost of sourcing flowers and preparation time, which remain the same regardless of order size.

Yes. If you don't require a full package for your wedding day, our minimum spend is £1,000 plus delivery and setup if your wedding is outside of our travel radius.

Bookings are secured with a non-refundable deposit of £150 and a signed contract. Once your date is confirmed, I'll guide you through the next steps and the planning process.

Yes, where possible. I kindly ask that all final changes are made by the agreed deadline before your wedding date — usually 6 weeks before. Last-minute amendments may not always be possible, but I'll always try my best. There may be additional charges for changes or add-ons.

In the event of cancellation, our standard cancellation terms will apply. Any payments made are non-refundable and cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the wedding date the booking is cancelled. Full terms are stated in the contract you'll sign at booking.

Yes — we travel all over the UK if you'd like us to decorate your wedding day. Delivery, setup and collection charges may apply depending on venue location, and these will be confirmed in your quote.

Yes, hired styling items are collected after the event unless otherwise agreed. Collection arrangements are confirmed as part of your booking, and we liaise directly with the venue to sort timings.

Most styling items are hired and remain our property. Personalised items such as certain signage, guest name places or keepsake pieces may be yours to keep, depending on what's been ordered.

Yes — all of our styling and floral designs are tailored to your chosen colour palette and overall wedding aesthetic, using the collections and options available.
