Working with a wedding decor stylist has never been easier.

Planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration? The magic lies in the details. And the best part? You won't have to worry about what to do with all those decorations after your big day. Our team of specialists in Lincolnshire make things easy and simple for you.

Step one

You've booked your wedding venue and are now ready to discuss the finer details. We'll help you bring your ideas to life. We'll start by learning about your wedding, the colour schemes, styles you love, how many guests you have and, most importantly, when the big day is.

Step two

Within 48 hours, we'll tailor our pricing based on what we know. This will include a breakdown of decor hire items, delivery, collection, and setup fees. Don't worry, though; we'll be available for consultations either over the phone or, if you'd prefer, we can meet at your venue in Cambridge.

Step three

If you're happy with how we imagined your wedding and want to work with us, we'll secure your date with a small, non-refundable deposit. This means your wedding date is exclusive and can't be booked by anybody else. Now, the fun begins!

Key dates leading up to your big day

Here's an example of how our process works based on your wedding being 12 months away. It could be sooner, but this is to give you an idea of how we work with couples.

Midway checkpoint

It's at this point we take 50% of the balance for your decor. We can meet in person at the venue or, if you'd prefer, we can meet on Zoom or Google Meet. We'll need to finalise guest numbers and names so we can prepare any signage, too!

A month before your wedding

It's time to pay your final balance! We'll do an online check-in (don't worry, nothing formal) to go over the finer details before we prepare for your big day.

A week before your wedding

Our final check-in. This is completely optional but we offer it to our couples to make sure you know you're in good hands and everything is in place for your big day.

Questions about hiring wedding decor

How far in advance should I book with you?

Our availability is planned 12 months in advance. We highly recommend allowing yourself a full year to book with us but, at minimum, we ask for 6 months notice.

How far away from Cambridge can you travel?

We'll travel upto a 10 mile radius for free in Cambridge. Anything outside this radius, we'll include a mileage fee of 0.45p per mile.

Do your prices include decor hire, collection and setup?

Yes! Any price you receive in a quote will include the hire of our products, the delivery and the collection of our hire items.

Is there a minimum spend for wedding decor?

Our minimum spend is £1,500 and will include most hire items you'll need for your big day. Most couples spend between £2,000 and £2,500 with us to decorate the entire venue exactly how they want it to be.
